Edward P. Noble, CPA and Deirdre M. Reed, CPA are pleased to announce the merger of Noble and Noble, LLP with Reed & Associates CPAs, Inc. effective November 17, 2011.

The firms will continue in operation under the name Reed & Associates, CPAs, Inc. providing services to their government and nonprofit clients through offices in Hamilton, NJ , Manassas, VA, Old Saybrook, CT, and Omaha, NE.

Mr. Noble will function as the firm’s Audit and Consulting Practice Leader and will maintain client contact and retain responsibility for all Noble and Noble nonprofit audit, review, consulting and tax services. Ms. Reed the founder of Reed and Associates will continue in her role as President.

The synergies of this merger will enable the firm to expand their presence in NJ offering high quality audit and consulting services to nonprofit and government clients.
